OVERVIEW: The Continental Bib is the perfect choice for those who may be new to cycling or who want a high-quality bib designed for medium distances (4 hours). We've constructed the Continental with a breathable, comfortably compressive fabric that has been manufactured with 100% recycled materials. The straps and uppers feature a lightweight mesh with stretch binding for added comfort over distance. The 2nd generation, Italian-made chamois has been thermo-molded for enhanced body contouring and sit bone support. Single-layer leg bands are grippy, breathable and ensure a satisfying fit during exertion.
The following OFF BODY inseam lengths were measured on a garment at rest. They may not exactly reflect the ACTIVE inseam length when the garment is being worn due to the combined effects of the 1) the riders's torso and femur length, 2) stretchiness of the material, and 3) the rider's leg musculature.

Using a soft measuring tape, bring the tape across your back under each arm, around the front. For women, measure the widest point of the bust. For men, measure around the largest part of your chest.
Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor.
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7" - 9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with floor.
