Returns/Refunds

We are happy to accept your returned garment so long as it is unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the tags attached.

All returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Please allow 3-5 business days upon arrival of your returned item(s) for us to process your return and for your refund to occur. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s') amount, less the original shipping costs. You will receive an email notification when your credit has been processed. 

Pactimo does not provide return labels for returns/refunds. Returns must be pre-paid. We are sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D returns.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange your purchased garment for the same item in a different size or color so long as it is unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the tags attached.

(If you decide you would like a different garment altogether, you will need to send back your item back as a return. We will refund your order. Then you can place a new order for the garment you desire.)

Shipping on exchanges is paid by the customer.

If you decide to cancel your exchange for a refund, the amount of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 3-5 business days upon arrival of your exchanged item(s) for us to process your exchange and for the new item(s) to be shipped.

Repairs

Pactimo merchandise has a lifetime warranty, baring normal wear and tear. 
We believe in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your Pactimo garments for as long as possible. As such, we stand by our commitment to repair or replace defective garments. Some typical repairs may include the replacement of a faulty zipper or fixing split seams.

Contact us at 028 9073 0179 if you have a garment that you feel has underperformed.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you have until 8 a.m. the next business day (following the day the order was placed) to do so. Cancellation requests after 8 a.m. the next business day cannot be honored and will need to be treated as a return.

If you would like to change the size/color of a product(s), please contact Customer Service to cancel the order. As you will need to place a new order for the desired size/color.
