The Alpha Core SL Base Layer was born from the fantastic warmth to volume/weight ratio and its ability to maintain warmth even when wet (and dry quickly). We are utilizing Polartec® Alpha® in strategically zoned applications across our Alpine and Vertex lines, and by creating a stand-alone base layer we’re able to bring the utility and fantastic warmth of this piece to any kit variation.
Features
•Polartec® Alpha® Direct insulation is recycled, warm, breathable, quick-dry, and able to maintain its insulative properties when wet.
•Alpha® Direct is used in three-quarters of the front and back panels for targeted core insulation.
•Continental mesh is recycled, super light, stretchy, and wicking.
•This mesh is used in the side panels and bottom quarter of the front and back panels to provide extra stretch and breathability to the base layer
•Elastic-bound neck and arm-holes are soft and stretchy.
