OVERVIEW: Selected by Velo Magazine as the 2015 Editors' Pick for cycling bib shorts, the Raptor is regularly recognized as one of the best endurance bibs you can buy. They are perfect for cyclists who regularly ride 6+ hours at a time or for those who want the ultimate in comfort and a muscle-soothing compression fit. While these bibs have been designed for all-season use, the inclusion of Flash coldblack® technology in the Raptor fabric makes them ideal for hot days in the sun. Flash coldblack® pushes heat and perspiration away from the skin while also reflecting UV rays.
These bibs include the "Standard" 4.5cm MARC leg bands as opposed to the "Long" 7.5cm leg bands.
EMPLOYEE RECOMMENDATION: "It’s hard to pull a favorite from among so many solid choices, but the Summit Raptor bib shorts are such a dependable piece, I recommend them to almost everyone I talk to. It doesn’t matter if it’s a quick lunch ride with the office or a 100 mile MTB race, the comfort, construction and chamois of this short cannot be beat. There are times when it makes sense to be frugal in your choices, but for me, this isn’t one of them." - David, Customer Service Manager
PAIR WITH: Pair these bibs with the Summit Aero jersey for a sleek, second-skin fit. The Aero jersey also incorporates the same whisper-light, MARC Ether bands at the arm openings used for the Summit Raptor's leg bands. Add a Breckenridge Vest for wind and light rain protection or for the Breck's 3 full-size rear pockets.
FABRICS & CONSTRUCTION: While the Summit Raptor has always represented the ideal combination of performance design, technical fabrics and premium components. The Raptor 2.0 incorporates contoured seaming to further enhance the shaped, compression fit, and we've added whisper-light, MARC Ether leg bands. The biggest enhancement coming from the Ether leg bands isn't just the weight savings from the previous bands, Ether bands also provide a more comfortable grippy feeling without being constricting or binding.
Engineered with Pactimo’s proprietary Silhouette™ articulation, they provide a superlative fit that shapes your body in the riding position. Flash coldblack® technology throughout the body fabric pushes heat and perspiration away from your skin while reflecting UV rays. The exceptional compression qualities of the Raptor fabric helps to increase oxygen delivery to active muscles while in motion. The Cytech chamois is engineered with a unique curved anatomic shape using special high-density foam and pressure relief channel to offer superb comfort on even the longest rides.

Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor.
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7" - 9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with floor.
