Returns/Exchanges

Pactimo’s clothing is here to make you feel great on the bike, perform well and ensure you get the most out of your ride. Sometimes you might need to exchange or perhaps obtain a refund for an item you just feel isn’t right for you. We have you covered.

To start your return/exchange, please ensure you complete the returns process online to obtain an RMA via Start a Return or Exchange. If you can’t find your order number it should be on the slip that came with your order or alternatively the email communication received when placing your order. This is important to be able to identify the return and not delay the refund/exchange for you.

Please ensure all item(s) are returned within the 30 day period. Should you run into difficulty with placing the return online please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team at customerservice-UK@pactimo.com, we are more than happy to help.

UK CUSTOMERS

We provide a pre-paid returns label for you to attach to your package containing the items you’d like to return.

EU CUSTOMERS

We will reimburse postage up to the value of £10 upon arrival of the parcel with Pactimo. Any customs forms required for completion are at the customers discretion.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason up to 30 days on which you receive the shipping confirmation by contacting customerservice-UK@pactimo.com  We will refund the charge for your order, including the cost of delivery.

If you would like to change the size/color of a product(s), please contact Customer Service to cancel the order. As you will need to place a new order for the desired size/color.
