Used in our Men's and Women's Ascent level Bibs and Shorts
The Elastic Interface® Paris Chamois used in our men's bibs and shorts is dual-density cycling pad with protections both on the perineal and ischiatic area making it ideal for both road and off-road activities. The central channel is engineered according to specific anthropometrical measurements to support male anatomy while in saddle, reliving pressure from the prostate and favouring blood flow. Paris for men combines the benefit of the multidirectional curvature with a smooth surface; these two specifications work together for perfect fit, increasing saddle stability and offering gradual areas of transition. The perforations on the surface allow for higher air permeability, resulting in lower skin temperature and reduced moisture. ECO X-Tract top fabric and its channeled structure help to canalize and expel moisture.
The Elastic Interface® Paris Chamois is the latest addition to the crossover category for women and its protections are developed for rides both on and off road, with paddings in the perineal and ischiatic area. The press lines in the underneath portion of the chamois and the multidirectional curvature provide a smooth surface and gradual areas of transition, improving saddle stability and fit. The perforations on the surface of of the pad allow for higher air permeability, resulting in lower skin temperature and reduced moisture. X-tract top fabric and its channelled structure help to canalize and expel moisture. Paris for women was designed according to anthropometrical measurements and it guarantees adequate support to female anatomy during the activity. The “pelvic tract” area was also tested and engineered to support the rotation of the pelvic bone while pedalling.
