Tested in Colorado's frigid winters, they're designed for temperatures between 20º - 40º F and feature a 3-layer DWR-treated shell fabric, Thinsulate insulation and a waterproof membrane. The gloves provide a synthetic palm, touchscreen-compatible fingers, and a low-profile velcro cuff for adjustability. They also have reflective print across the backhand for increased visibility.

Vertex Gloves have been rigorously tested in Colorado's frigid winter temps, and as such bear our proprietary WX-D weather defense seal. They are perfectly suited for wet cool/cold rides and temps between 20º - 40º F thanks to a weather-blocking, liner-in-shell construction. To create optimal defense against wet cold, we've used a 3-layer DWR (durable water repellent) treated shell fabric over an Aluminum lined 40g Thinsulate insulation (which reflects body heat for increased interior warmth), and a waterproof membrane that prevents moisture from reaching your hand.

A synthetic palm and grippy touch points make for easy manipulation of shifters/brakes, while touchscreen compatible fingers allow phone usage without having to remove the glove. A low-profile velcro cuff offers adjustability when worn over a jacket sleeve, but is also low-profile enough to slip under most jacket cuffs if that is your preference. Reflective print across the entire backhand provides excellent visibility for short shoulder-season day rides.
